"Posting a New Review 3-15-25: As stated in my previous review a year ago, we love State Farm and are so blessed Jeremy Fuller and his Staff are our Agent here in Bulverde always taking great care of us, their Insured! We recently added a new Umbrella Policy; it's liability coverage beyond the limits of our existing policies...car and homeowners insurance that is protecting us from any possible financial ruin in the event of a major lawsuit or claim. One just never knows, especially someone coming on our property and being out on the dangerous roads today! Definitely peace of mind to have. Candace was amazing helping us, every step of the way, especially with our many questions and being so patient with us! Candace is not only very professional, but the sweetest Customer Service Representative! I hope Candace can be recognized for being the BEST at helping your Customers! It is so awesome to know Candace, and all of Jeremy Fuller's amazing staff, like Patricia and Lori too, are there for us!! They recently helped me in person in the Singing Hills office and super helpful along with their sweet smiles! Thank you State Farm Insurance - Jeremy Fuller!!!! We've been State Farm Customers since Feb 1977...since I was 26 years old; now 73...lol! We live in Bulverde and a couple years ago was assigned to Jeremy Fuller's State Farm Agency here in Bulverde Singing Hills. I have spoken to Scott, Jennifer, Amanda, Nicole, and Sylvia and all of them each and every time have been so professional, very nice, patient and super helpful. More recently, I have been speaking with Naomi de la Garza, Office Manager; and she has gone above and beyond helping me over the phone multiple times as well as thru email, giving me peace of mind over my changes to our policy. She is definitely a long time professional with State Farm, very patient answering a ton of questions...lol, and I am so grateful for her help recently and for everyone at Jeremy Fuller's State Farm Agency! Thank YOU!!!!!!"

"Outstanding customer service by Lori Dawes and Patricia Gomez. My husband has been battling cancer since an October 20 diagnosis and walked out to his truck having a flat tire. Normally he would have changed it and driven away easily but his immune system has crashed with the chemotherapy and has not been able to do much other than fight for his life. We paid for a tire service to come to the house and paid first knowing we had a long wait with the others. We were told we would be reimbursed and within a day or so it was ready to be picked up.
