"I just have to shout out Sylvia. This girl went above and beyond for me. Last week I locked myself out of my car along with my cellphone and purse (not my brightest moment). I was able to get ahold of State Farm from another phone, and answered Sylvia. I gave her the whole run down of what happened. Although they couldn’t send roadside assistance because I couldn’t access any of my info, she asked where I was, then put me on hold. She comes back to the phone letting me know she called around to find the cheapest option, and found a locksmith who is already on the way. An hour or so after getting into my car, she called me back to make sure I got in my car and that I was safe. Not only did she go the extra mile, her bubbly personality had me laughing in what had started off as a very stressful and panicked moment."
